Can you help me find a job?

Regrettably, no. We are just a classified advertising service. We don't do any recruiting or direct hiring ourselves.

How do I send you my resume?

You can post your resume on our site by clicking the "Post/Edit Resume" link under the Job Seekers menu on any page. Don't send us your resume to apply for a job. You'll need to contact the company who posted the job using the application options they've provided. We cannot pass your information along to them.

I require sponsorship to work in the United States. Can you help me?

Each company has their own policies and procedures when it comes to hiring job seekers that may require sponsorship. Regrettably, we are unable to point you to any particular company that is willing and/or able to hire people from other countries. What we suggest you do is read through the job descriptions carefully. Often, employers will state within the text of their job descriptions whether they are willing and/or able to hire from other countries. If a company doesn't have clear language stating one way or the other, you can contact them directly for further information.

Can you tell me the status of my application?

Regrettably, no. We don't work with the employer to help them hire or manage their applications, so we never know the status of your application. You'll have to contact them directly.

How do I post a job?

You can submit a job in two different ways. You can click the Submit a Job link under the Employers menu on any page, or you can click the Buy button on the Products & Pricing page.

I submitted my job posting. When will it be live on the site?

As noted in the posting confirmation we sent you, jobs submitted during normal business hours will generally be reviewed and approved in just a few minutes.

Do I have to pay for the job posting before it is published to the site?

Not at all. Jobs always go live as soon as we've reviewed them

We have multiple jobs to post. Do you offer discounts?

We sure do. See the Products & Pricing page for more information.

I just purchased resume access but I still can't see contact information on the resumes.

As noted in the purchase confirmation we sent you, we review every request for resume database access. Once our review is complete, you will receive a notification that your access has been approved.

How do I purchase access to the resume database?

We don't sell resume database access as a separate product from our job posting. When you buy any Job Posting + Resume Database combo product, you receive one or more job posting credits in addition to the resume access. Those job posting credits can be used at any time in the future.

Do you offer a free trial of your resume database?

Absolutely. The resume database is always free to search. You don't have to purchase access until you see candidates you'd like to contact.

How do I pay my invoice?

You can either use the Pay By Credit Card link at the top of the invoice or send a check, with the invoice number noted on the check, to:
